After years spent in blog-less bliss I have finally given in to the lure of easy picture sharing and story-telling... all in a format where viewers have selected to be here so I know that if I am boring them it is their fault for not switching over to a more entertaining site such as watchingpaintdry.net or potatochipart.com.
I make no promises to post something every day nor even every other day nor even once a week. The way this sort of thing seems to work is that the more I have to say at a particular moment in life the less time I have to sit down and write about it.
Please feel free to make comments but please play nice. I can take a slagging but not everyone else who comments will be able to, so keep that in mind.

GREAT to have you sailing the high seas! I'm looking forward to reading more. (Do see if you can turn on RSS or ATOM feeds for your blog, though. It helps those of us who use aggregators.)

I haven't the faintest idea what RSS is or why we feed the ATOM. I am sure that I will do it once I know how to do it, verify that I can do it for cheap (or free), and verify that I can do it on blogger.com.
